SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. During peak times (holidays/promotions), delivery may take a little longer.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $25. Shipping costs for orders under $25 are calculated at checkout.

Will I get tracking?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email. You can also track anytime on our Track Order page.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only, but we’re working on expanding soon.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened (if applicable), and in original condition/packaging.

How do I start a return?
Use our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with next steps.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (banks may take additional time to post it).

Do you offer exchanges?
If you want, I can set this to: “We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order.”

Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Items that are used, opened, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

ORDERS & SUPPORT

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Message us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can update it. If it has shipped, we may not be able to reroute it.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If anything arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number — we’ll make it right.

How do I contact support?
